HT or TD, don’t matter. I just find it funny that nations that have 5+ premium HT and TDs will get more. Replacement or not. While US and other nations that don’t have a premium TD still gets nothing Sure there is the T28 HTC, but I’m talking about a normal premium you can buy. Not everyone has the T28 HTC yet.

A limited arc doesn’t automatically mean TD seb. This could quite possibly be a HT.
